Pelican guarantees their cases for life against breakage or defects in workmanship. If your case breaks under normal use, Pelican will repair or replace it free of charge. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse or unauthorised modifications. Contact us with your case details and we’ll help facilitate the warranty process.

Yes. Many Pelican cases come with Pick N Pluck foam that you can customise yourself. For professional custom-cut foam inserts tailored to your specific equipment, contact our team. We also stock replacement foam sets for popular models like the 1620 and iM2300.
